The Allen County Museum and Historical Society is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization and relies heavily on donations for its programming and operations. There are many ways that you can support the Museum. You can make a general donation in any amount, you can become a member of the Museum or you can become a Friend of the Museum.

FRIENDS OF THE MUSEUM
Put your love of cultural heritage and history into action by joining the Friends of the Museum. The Friends of the Allen County Museum help secure the future of the museum by creating and assisting with year-round events and activities that generate operating support. As a Friend, attend exclusive invitation-only events, such as Drinks with The Director, where Director Amy Craft will show you items from the museum’s permanent collection. Or maybe you enjoy crafting, where you learn new hands-on skills. Whatever excites you, the Friends will have something for you!
It’s easy to join! There are several membership levels available.
I want to volunteer! Make a contribution to the Friends of the Museum for $150 for a single membership or $200 for a family membership per year, plus volunteer time and skills to help the museum.
I’d rather just donate! Make a contribution of $300 for a single membership or $350 for a family membership to Friends of the Museum per year and no volunteering is necessary.
Corporate Memberships are available for a minimum donation of $500 per year.
